Hello,
I was running FORWARD ( not pivoting and turning or moving lateral) and I felt a rattle in my knee (not a pop) at the end of my run. I knew as I was walking up the stairs that I did something to my knee… I have researched meniscus tears and such but those all say the tear happens with a sudden change in direction. I might have hyperextended my knee but it has been 3 weeks , although I have much better mobility than the first 3 days, I believe it could still be injured ( sites I read said hyper extending could take 2-4 weeks to heal) . What do you think the possibilities could be?
