Excited to share that we have established a cross country program for the elementary school students of the Copley School district in Copley, OH. We had an amazing turnout of almost 100 kids but unfortunately we had to cap the program to 60 students to make sure we had adequate help for coaching!!!
Our first practice tonight went extremely well and thanks to all the parents and volunteers for coaching.
It has taken our founder two years to get this underway and I am honored to help and contribute to the training program. Below are the PDF files for some of the handouts we are using for this years program. The training has been broken down into groups for first and second grade, third and fourth, and fifth and sixth. The programs are not complete for the 10 weeks but will give anyone interesting in starting a program like we did an example to go by as there is not much info out there.
Feel free to share if you have any advice for the kids!!

Came across this program and see that the link to the 3rd and 4th grade program is the same as the 5th and 6th grade program. Can u please send me the correct link.
I am looking to enroll my 3rd grader for cross country in Acton.
Please let me know how should I go about it?
