If you search the internet you will find a lot of different treatments against Knee complaints. Personally I found it a bit of confusing to find out what treatment works best. I have read a lot of positive reviews on the use of a dietary supplement containing Palmitoylethanolamide, also known as PEA. 2 months ago I started using PeaPlex and I must say it has a positive effect on my well-being.
