If you’re dealing with knee pain from running, here’s a great start on solving it.  This guide has some great examples of knee exercises that can help resolve a chronic knee injury.  Remember, sometimes rest is needed when trying to recover from an injury-even if you’re proactive with doing these exercises.  I always tell my patients, running is a single legged sport, if you can’t hop on one leg without pain, you aren’t ready to run.
