Hello! I am a new runner – I began running regularly about a year ago and completed my first race (a 10K) in October. I’m currently in the midst of training for my first half marathon, which is at the end of May. When I first started running, it was a huge victory the first time I ran three miles – so I’m thrilled that I’ve stuck with it and am enjoying running longer distances.
