Strengthening the Core

 

Runner’s World has a great short video on performing some exercises that will strengthen your core body muscles. These are really simple and are meant to be done post run.  The hard part is remembering to do them!! If any of you are like me, I’d rather get 5-10 more minutes of running in then to do any strengthening workouts!
